The Movement class is a great opportunity to try aerial silks if you just aren't sure what to expect. You will learn to move comfortably through the fabric with gentle balances appropriate for all ages and skill levels. There is no climbing but you will be invited to explore inversions in the hammock.

Want to nail that Music Box or Butterfly move you’ve been working on? Maybe make an Instagram video showing off your cool new skills? Come practice your silks safely under the supervision of a trained instructor. Lessons are not given during open fabric times but guidance may be required to keep acrobats safe. Silks are shared 2:1 allowing you to take much needed breaks and bond with other acrobats. Students are not permitted to practice skills beyond their level. If you are an experienced acrobat who has not attended CVAA classes, please send an email to Info@CentralValleyAerialAcrobatics.com with a brief description of your training. Please include the name of the facilities you have trained at.
